We guarantee that the system(s) we have installed in your home will heat and cool your home as we have stated for five years. If the temperature range we have promised is not achieved, we will replace the system at NO charge.
Total Replacement “No Lemon Guarantee”
If the compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a complete and new outside unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.

Utility Savings Guarantee
You will save a minimum of 30% on your heating and cooling costs or we will refund Double-The-Difference of your saving not realized in the first year.
(If your system is not meeting guaranteed savings, you must notify us immediately to allow us to evaluate the system’s performance.)

If your system breaks down during the first year and it leaves you without heating or cooling, and we fail to repair same day, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.

If we do not have your new system operating by the date promised, we will pay you $500 for your Inconvenience.
Property Protection and Client Respect Guarantee
All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpet, floors, walls, furniture, and doorframes are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers and hall runners will be used in all work and traffic areas.
Lowest Price Guarantee
You have assured me of the best value. If you find a lower price on the same equipment, installation, guarantees, warranties, and procedures, we will refund the difference plus $100!!! All we ask is that the comparison be “apples to apples”.
