Bryon and his crew did a great job. I believe the time required for the job was under-estimated or he needed another helper, but he got it done in 2 long days. He also had to completely change the estimated layout because of the available height. He and I worked together for a layout that works well to preserve storage space access and good airflows. One comment is that, control dampers in the branch lines are great, but are not easy to use when covered by multiple layers of tape and insulation. Better access would be nice. Overall, very happy with result and the install team.

They also purchased a Air Scrubber, Whole house media filter, and Air distribution system to help improve his indoor air quality. Lastly, this customer secured his system with a 2 year Worry Free All-Inclusive Warranty.

Replaced some key parts to mend a leak and recharged the customer's unit. We will be following up with a tune-up soon to make sure everything is still running efficiently!
