Returned after a Seasonal AC Tune Up to replace pasts and installed a Start Assist System. This customer is also a VIP member, so their Seasonal Tune Ups are covered!!
After a seasonal AC Tune Up, returned to install a Start Assist System and Air Handler.
Worry-Free Warranty Customer called in with a issue with his unit and thermostat. Preformed some repairs to get unit up and running again!
Diagnosed the unit after customer called in saying it would not run properly. Then, returned to add refrigerant and preform repairs to keep the unit running efficiently!
Our VIP Customer called in because the outside unit was not working. After assessing the problem, I replaced the control board and installed a surge protector as a safeguard for power outages.
Customer called with a no heat issue on his downstairs unit. After assessing the problem, I went over replacement and repair options with the decision makers. They decided to replace and we will be installing a brand new packaged gas and electric unit and thermostat in their home!
